Mes excuses si vous avez commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 rechercher Manuel des Gestionnaires Exchange sur Google.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, \u00e0 plusieurs reprises, j&rsquo;ai travaill\u00e9 avec des administrateurs informatiques qui ont effectu\u00e9 cette proc\u00e9dure ennuyeuse et fastidieuse. Ils exportent les contacts en PST, envoient un fichier zip par e-mail \u00e0 une filiale, on lui dit que le fichier est vide et qu&rsquo;il doit recommencer le processus. Vous pouvez envoyer le fichier zip par e-mail avant de fermer Outlook ou envoyer un e-mail avec Outlook ferm\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 c&rsquo;est encore plus p\u00e9nible, c&rsquo;est que cette proc\u00e9dure d&rsquo;ouvrir des bo\u00eetes aux lettres, glisser et d\u00e9poser des contacts est tout simplement lente et ennuyeuse.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous devez partager des contacts dans les deux sens, c&rsquo;est deux fois plus mis\u00e9rable. Apprenez \u00e0 effectuer cette proc\u00e9dure sur <a href=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CiraSync<\/a>!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Comment partager des contacts Outlook entre deux organisations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Sur CiraSync On-Prem UCM, il existe deux constructions pour pousser les contacts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MCL\u2019s &#8211; Mandatory Contacts Lists (Listes de contacts obligatoires)<\/li>\n<li>CCL\u2019s &#8211; Custom Contact Lists (Listes de contacts personnalis\u00e9es)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si vous transf\u00e9rez des contacts depuis la <a href=\"https:\/\/csop.cirasync.com\/fr\/blog-fr\/meilleures-pratiques-pour-synchroniser-la-liste-dadresses-globale-avec-un-iphone-ou-android\/\">liste d&rsquo;adresses globale<\/a>, la meilleure m\u00e9thode serait d&rsquo;utiliser un MCL. Avec un MCL, vous pouvez utiliser des groupes \u00e0 extension messagerie d&rsquo;Active Directory pour s\u00e9lectionner les membres de la liste de contacts que vous souhaitez synchroniser avec vos utilisateurs. Si un utilisateur a d\u00e9j\u00e0 le contact d&rsquo;un coll\u00e8gue, UCM mettra \u00e0 jour ce contact et commencera \u00e0 le g\u00e9rer dans le cadre de la liste de contacts. C&rsquo;est le meilleur moyen d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les contacts en double.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, dans l&rsquo;exemple d\u00e9crit au d\u00e9but de cet article, les contacts de la GAL HQ (HQ pour Headquarters: Si\u00e8ge social) distante ne sont vraisemblablement pas dans la GAL locale. Ainsi, la prescription ici c&rsquo;est d&rsquo;utiliser un CCL.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez utiliser un CCL dans presque tous les autres cas. Vous pouvez synchroniser les contacts Outlook \u00e0 partir de dossiers publics, de bo\u00eetes aux lettres, d&rsquo;une base de donn\u00e9es SQL ou m\u00eame d&rsquo;un fichier CSV. La derni\u00e8re option (que nous utiliserons dans cet exemple) consiste \u00e0 se connecter aux contacts du dossier public ou de la bo\u00eete aux lettres sur un serveur Exchange distant.<\/p>\n<p>Pour synchroniser un dossier public de notre organisation m\u00e8re, nous allons cr\u00e9er un <strong>Custom Contact List (liste de contacts personnalis\u00e9e)<\/strong> comme d\u00e9montr\u00e9 ci-dessous.<\/p>\n<p>Acc\u00e9dez au conteneur Unified Contact Manager. S\u00e9lectionnez maintenant Custom Contact Lists. S\u00e9lectionnez ensuite votre dossier de contacts\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On commence par saisir le nom de la liste de contacts <strong>(1)<\/strong>. Ce nom est utilis\u00e9 comme cat\u00e9gorie sur chaque contact cible. Vous devez donc garder ce nom pr\u00e9cis et court.<\/p>\n<p>Le nom d&rsquo;utilisateur <strong>(2)<\/strong> sur le syst\u00e8me distant n&rsquo;a PAS besoin d&rsquo;avoir d&rsquo;autorisations de domaine ou d&rsquo;Exchange Server particuli\u00e8res. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une bo\u00eete aux lettres ordinaire qui dispose de l&rsquo;autorisation REVIEWER sur le dossier public source. De cette fa\u00e7on, le HQ parent n&rsquo;a pas besoin de cr\u00e9er un compte privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser en dehors de son organisation informatique.<\/p>\n<p>Dans presque tous les cas, EWS (Exchange Web Services) est expos\u00e9 \u00e0 la m\u00eame URL qu&rsquo;OWA. Nous devrons mettre l&rsquo;URL compl\u00e8te <strong>(3)<\/strong> avec le suffixe <strong>\/EWS\/Exchange.ASMX<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, nous s\u00e9lectionnons le dossier public <strong>(4)<\/strong> en bas. Si nos informations d&rsquo;identification et notre point de terminaison d&rsquo;URL sont corrects, nous voyons la hi\u00e9rarchie des dossiers publics dans l&rsquo;organisation distante. Maintenant, nous naviguons jusqu&rsquo;au dossier public souhait\u00e9 et le s\u00e9lectionnons.<\/p>\n<p>Cliquez ensuite sur l&rsquo;onglet Targets <strong>(7)<\/strong> et vous verrez la bo\u00eete de dialogue illustr\u00e9e ci-dessous.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Param\u00e8tres de contact du serveur Exchange distant\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/share-contacts-two-exchange-orgs-3.png\" alt=\"Configurer le dossier de contacts cible sur Outlook\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Je recommande g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d&rsquo;utiliser un sous-dossier pour les contacts externes <strong>(8)<\/strong>. Tous les utilisateurs cibles ont des iPhones et ils synchroniseront les sous-dossiers de contacts \u00e0 partir de leur bo\u00eete aux lettres Exchange.<\/p>\n<p>Un sous-dossier <strong>(9)<\/strong> sera automatiquement cr\u00e9\u00e9 dans chaque bo\u00eete aux lettres cible. Encore une fois, il est important d&rsquo;utiliser un nom tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis <strong>(9)<\/strong>. Les utilisateurs verront ce dossier \u00e0 la fois sur leur ordinateur de bureau et leur smartphone.<\/p>\n<p>Nous recommandons toujours d&rsquo;ajouter une cat\u00e9gorie <strong>(10)<\/strong> \u00e0 chaque contact cible. Cela permet aux utilisateurs de voir plus facilement les contacts en tant que groupe.<\/p>\n<p>La derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 choisir les utilisateurs cibles <strong>(11)<\/strong> qui recevront les contacts du serveur Exchange distant. Nous vous recommandons d&rsquo;utiliser <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.itrezzo.com\/2014\/06\/sync-smartphone-contact-collections.html\">use a collection<\/a> pour configurer les cibles.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, sauvegardez le CCL.
