This guide shows how to uninstall CiraSync On-Prem UCM.<\/p>\n

Instructions<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Open the computer Control Panel.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Click Uninstall a program<\/strong> under\u00a0Programs.<\/strong> (See figure below.) \"\"The Programs and Features Window <\/strong>will open. (See figure below.) \"\"<\/li>\n
  3. Right-click itrezzoAgent. <\/strong>> Click Uninstall.\u00a0<\/strong>
    \n\t\t\t\t\t
    NOTE:<\/strong> You can use the search bar in the top-right corner to filter through the list of programs.<\/div><\/div>The itrezzoAgent Setup<\/strong> window will open. (See figure below.) \"\"<\/li>\n
  4. Click\u00a0Uninstall.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Dismiss any prompts that may appear during and after the uninstall process.<\/li>\n
  6. Open Local Disc (C:).<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. Open Program Folders (x86). <\/strong><\/li>\n
  8. Open the itrezzoAgent <\/strong>folder.<\/li>\n
  9. Delete the Logs\u00a0<\/strong>folder.\u00a0
