The following shows how to install CiraSync On-Prem UCM on your Microsoft Windows Server.<\/p>\n

Before You Start<\/h2>\n

This guide assumes you have done the following:<\/p>\n

  1. Setting up CiraSync On-Prem UCM Pre-Requisites<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Preparing Your Microsoft Exchange Server for CiraSync On-Prem UCM<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Instructions<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Navigate to https:\/\/csop.cirasync.com\/support-home\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    2. Click the Download CiraSync On-Prem UCM Server\u00a0<\/strong>tile.<\/li>\n
    3. Right-click itrezzoagent.exe<\/strong> > Click Save target as. <\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. Select where to save the CiraSync On-Prem installer. > Click Save.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. Open itrezzoagent.exe.<\/strong> The CiraSync On-Prem Setup Agent <\/strong>prompt will open. (See figure below.) \"\"<\/li>\n
    6. Click Install. <\/strong> The User Account Control <\/strong>prompt will open.<\/li>\n
    7. Click Yes. <\/strong> After a few seconds, the itrezzoAgent Setup and Installation <\/strong>wizard will open. (See figure below.) \"\"<\/li>\n
    8. Click Next. <\/strong> The End-User License Agreement<\/strong> will appear.<\/li>\n
    9. Click the checkbox to accept the license agreement.<\/li>\n
    10. Click Next. <\/strong> The Destination Folder <\/strong>section of the wizard will appear.<\/li>\n
    11. Click Change<\/strong> and chose where install CiraSync On-Prem to.<\/li>\n
    12. Click Next. <\/strong> The Custom Setup <\/strong>section of the wizard will appear.<\/li>\n
    13. Click Next. <\/strong> The Logon Information<\/strong> section of the wizard will appear. (See figure below.) \"\"<\/li>\n
    14. Enter the CiraSync On-Prem service account credentials. A NETBIOS LOGON <\/strong>is performed and these these credentials are verified by Active Directory.
      \n\t\t\t\t\t
      NOTE:<\/strong> If the NETBIOS LOGON<\/strong> is unable to find the service account or verify the credentials, check the <\/span>Skip Domain Authentication <\/strong>box. <\/span><\/strong><\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
    15. Click\u00a0Next.<\/strong> The Ready to Install itrezzoAgent <\/strong>section of the wizard will appear.<\/li>\n
    16. Click\u00a0Install.\u00a0 <\/strong>

      NOTE: <\/strong>The CiraSync On-Prem Installation Wizard will also install Silverlight<\/strong> and the CiraSync On-Prem WebAdmin. <\/strong><\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
    17. Click Finish<\/strong> once the installation is complete. A pop-up message will appear.<\/li>\n
