By scheduling sync tasks, you can define when and how often CiraSync On-Prem refreshes and updates contact information across your organization.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Instructions<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Expand <\/span><b>Unified Contact Management<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the left navigation panel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-55719\" src=\"http:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/unified-contact.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"336\" height=\"276\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Click <\/span><b>Schedule &amp; Custom Tasks<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to access the scheduling options.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-55727\" src=\"http:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-2025-02-04T094407.293.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"347\" height=\"297\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. In the grey <\/span><b>Schedule<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> panel at the top-right of the grid, click the <\/span><b>+<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> button to add a new scheduled sync task. This will open the <\/span><b>Advanced Schedule<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> window.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Under the <\/span><b>Cache Refresh<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> section, check each box twice. This action will force CiraSync On-Prem to check and refresh data before executing the scheduled sync task, indicated by the appearance of the <\/span><b>Force<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> icon next to each field.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-55731\" src=\"http:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/cache-refresh.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"317\" height=\"154\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5. Choose the desired sync frequency by selecting <\/span><b>Daily<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Weekly<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, or <\/span><b>Monthly<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. For this example, click <\/span><b>Daily<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to proceed. The scheduling options will appear in the window.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-55735\" src=\"http:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/advanced-schedule.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"359\" height=\"313\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6. Click the selection button next to the default displayed time (<\/span><b>0:00<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) to adjust the sync schedule.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-55739\" src=\"http:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/schedule-settings.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"355\" height=\"323\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7. Select the desired time(s) for the scheduled sync task.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-55743\" src=\"http:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/desired-times.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"351\" height=\"332\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8. Click the <\/span><b>+<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> button to add the selected time. The chosen time will appear in the white field below the time selection area.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Note:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Repeat steps <\/span><b>6\u20138<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to schedule additional sync times within the same day if needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9. Click the <\/span><b>drop-down arrow<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at the top-right corner of the <\/span><b>Advanced Schedule<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> window. A list of all <\/span><b>Target User Collections<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> created in your CiraSync On-Prem tenant will appear.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/drop-down.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10. Select a <\/span><b>Target Contact Collection<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to designate as the recipients of the scheduled sync.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11. Under the <\/span><b>Task Options<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> field, choose one or more sync task options to determine what data CiraSync On-Prem will sync to the recipient users.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-55751\" src=\"http:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/task-options.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"326\" height=\"292\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12. Click <\/span><b>Save<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to finalize the schedule.
