The following shows how to create a basic Mandatory Contact List.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Click <\/span><b>Mandatory Contact List<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the quick-access toolbar at the top of the page.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Note:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> You can also navigate to <\/span><b>Unified Contact Management<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the left navigation panel and select <\/span><b>Mandatory Contact List<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from there.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-12178 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/csop.cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/mandatory-contact-list-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"354\" height=\"455\" srcset=\"https:\/\/csop.cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/mandatory-contact-list-1.jpg 354w, https:\/\/csop.cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/mandatory-contact-list-1-233x300.jpg 233w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 354px) 100vw, 354px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Click the <\/span><b>+<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> button in the <\/span><b>Mandatory Contact List<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> panel near the top-right corner of the window to create a new list. Click <\/span><b>Select<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> under the <\/span><b>Source Mandatory Contacts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> field. Click the <\/span><b>folder icon<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the left panel. Click <\/span><b>Select<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the <\/span><b>Target: Authorized Recipients<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> field. Click the <\/span><b>folder icon<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the left panel. Select the <\/span><b>Contact Collection<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that will receive the Mandatory Contact List.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11. Click <\/span><b>Save<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to return to the <\/span><b>Mandatory Contact List creation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> window. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>Save<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> again to finalize the process.
