A Contact Collection<\/strong> is a group created from user mailboxes. This is a useful CiraSync On-Prem construct that allows IT admins to perform a singular action on multiple mailboxes at once. Contact Collections can be used to define sources and targets for sync tasks, license user mailboxes, set up a sync task schedule, and perform contact cleanups. The following procedure shows how to license users with Contact Collections.<\/p>\n

Instructions<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Expand Unified Contact Management <\/strong>in the left navigation panel.<\/li>\n
  2. Click User Statistics. <\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Click the User<\/strong> Enablement<\/strong> icon. It is the second icon in the grey User Statistics <\/strong>panel. (See figure below.)\u00a0\"\"The Auto-License<\/strong> window will appear. (See figure below.)\u00a0\"\"\u00a0
    \n\t\t\t\t\t
    \u00a0NOTE: <\/strong>You can also expand Global Configuration <\/strong>in the left navigation panel and click License Packs.\u00a0<\/strong><\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
  4. Check the Automatically add users to license pack\u00a0<\/strong>box.<\/li>\n
  5. Click the Manage <\/strong>button.\u00a0The Automatic License Users <\/strong>window will open. (See figure below.)\u00a0\"\"<\/li>\n
  6. Click the folder icon in the left-panel. The window will now list all the Contact Collections that were created in your tenant. (See figure below.)\u00a0\"\"<\/li>\n
  7. Select the desired collection to use to license user mailboxes.<\/li>\n
  8. Click\u00a0Save.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  9. Check the Removed disabled accounts from license <\/strong>and Remove users who are not members of the DL\u2019s <\/strong>boxes to automatically maintain license pack count.<\/li>\n
  10. Click Save.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>CiraSync On-Prem will then perform a license check. After performing a license check, the licensed users will appear in the Licensing grid.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
