Follow the steps below to complete the setup process:<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instructions<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>1. Once the Installation Wizard completes, the Setup Wizard will open automatically. If it does not open, the user can manually launch it by clicking the icon on the desktop.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12435 alignnone size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/csop.cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/click-setup-wizard.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"197\" height=\"185\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2. Start by clicking on the <strong>Service Mailbox Setup<\/strong> tile in the CiraSync On Premise installation wizard. (Refer to the figure below for guidance.)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-55365\" src=\"http:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/service-mailbox-setup.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"536\" height=\"627\" \/><\/p>\n<p>3. Choose your tenant\u2019s <strong>Exchange environment<\/strong> from the available options.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-55369\" src=\"http:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/select-your-exchange-environment.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"539\" height=\"630\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4. For this example, select <strong>Exchange<\/strong>. The wizard will display the <strong>Select Microsoft Exchange Service Account<\/strong> section. (See figure below.)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-55373\" src=\"http:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/select-exchange-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"533\" height=\"634\" \/><\/p>\n<p>5. In the <strong>Direct URL<\/strong> field, enter the URL to your tenant\u2019s Exchange database using the following format:<br \/>\n<code>https:\/\/&lt;mail.server&gt;\/ews\/exchange.asmx<\/code><br \/>\nNote that &#8222;mail.server&#8220; is a placeholder for your Exchange server&#8217;s name.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-55377\" src=\"http:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/direct-url-field.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"536\" height=\"626\" \/><\/p>\n<p>6. Click <strong>Validate<\/strong> to confirm the URL. A pop-up will appear indicating the validation status.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-55381\" src=\"http:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/validate-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"539\" height=\"235\" \/><\/p>\n<p>7. Click <strong>Next<\/strong> to proceed. The <strong>Contact Info<\/strong> window will appear.<\/p>\n<p>8. In the <strong>Email Address<\/strong> field, enter the email address you wish to use as the BOP\/CiraSync On-Prem admin. The system will auto-populate additional details from the Global Address List (GAL).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-55385\" src=\"http:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/example-email.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"531\" height=\"280\" \/><\/p>\n<p>9. In the <strong>Authorization Code<\/strong> field, click <strong>Get<\/strong> to generate the code.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-55389\" src=\"http:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/click-get.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"536\" height=\"391\" \/><\/p>\n<p>10. Check the <strong>Request Trial License Pack<\/strong> checkbox to enable a trial license.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-55393\" src=\"http:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/request-trail.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"536\" height=\"474\" \/><\/p>\n<p>11.Click <strong data-start=\"6\" data-end=\"14\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Next<\/strong>. At this stage, CiraSync On-Premise will send two emails: one confirming the CiraSync On-Premise registration and another containing the authorization code and trial license details.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"201\" data-end=\"451\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong data-start=\"201\" data-end=\"210\">Note:<\/strong> The Support team will receive the trial license request and issue the trial license pack. The pack will be sent via email and will require import.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"201\" data-end=\"451\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> CiraSync On Premise provides a one-month trial license pack for 10 users.
